Luciana Lightman is the Director of LTW Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. She is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and a Chartered Civil Engineer.
Luciana is also a member of the British Standard Institution committee, Temporary Works forum (TWf) and a certified Temporary Works Coordinator.
Her core competencies include preparing, managing and executing project plans and programmes, covering various areas of specialism, such as steel structures, mobile crane support, platform stairs, temporary bridge scaffold, temporary roofs, Network Rail and London Underground projects, Tube & Fitting and modular scaffolding, formwork and falsework systems.
Luciana applies design thinking and CDM Regulations 2015 to deliver innovative, safe, and efficient temporary works solutions for complex and challenging projects. She is also passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise as a trainer and mentor and strives to continuously learn and improve her skills and qualifications.
